And it came to pass that I did reflect upon my mission and do bear testimony of the things that I have come to know to be true.

These last few months have been a great time to reflect on my mission and the experiences that I had. My mission has not only grown, but cemented my testimony in my Savior and in his atonement and in my Heavenly Father. I know that the power of repentance and change in life is real through the atonement of Jesus Christ. I know that it is through Him that all things are possible. And I know that it's through Him that I may enter the Celestial Kingdom once more. I know that Jesus Christ resorted His church to the earth through Joseph Smith. I know that is evidenced through the Book of Mormon. I know that we can know this is true by following Moroni's promise at the end of the book.       I know that many truths have been revealed and restored to the earth since the coming forth of the book of Mormon. Such as, the plan of salvation. The plan of salvation is something that I fear that we take for granted too much in the church. I say this because I ha...

Now behold my mission did come to approaching the end. Yea even unto the point that this is the last epistle I shall write while the mantle of one who represents the lord rests upon me

Hey, Y'all!  This is my last email and as such I wanted to thank you all for reading my emails! Thank you all for all the support out here! These have been 2 very awesome years! I can't wait to see you all at home!  My last week was really awesome! We had quite a few great lessons and we found 2 new people! We contacted a lot and we were able to stay free from any car accidents. hahaha!!  General Conference was obviously amazing. And in the Saturday afternoon session we were given some steaks. On Thursday at my 2 year mark we burned a tie (my suits are still in too good of condition to waste them on burning) and my copy of the missionary standards. It was pretty darn cool. This week has been really cool I wish you all the absolute best!  Have a good one! For the last time! love,  Elder Krebs

Now behold we went to Zone Conference in Billings, Montana, yea even an hour and a half away.

Hey, yall! This week has been pretty fun! We had a really cool lesson on Tuesday where we taught while stacking hay! We showed up for the lesson and realized that they forgot that we were coming, so we made the most of it and multi-tasked.  On Wednesday we had District Council and we went to the ward party.  On Thursday we were able to help someone move and we were also able to teach a lesson over in Byron.  On Friday we went all the way up to Billings for Zone Conference. I was able to see a lot of my old companions. We then hit up a few of the shops in Billings because we have very few places in Lovell. The whole drive from Cowley, WY to Billings, it was absolutely down pouring the whole way.  On Saturday we were able to do some service and they had dinner at 3:30 we were then able to have an awesome lesson with a woman we are teaching.   This week has been awesome! From, Elder Krebs

And it came to pass that I did drive into a ditch yea even because the brush of the land covered it up.

So, heh heh… this week has been interesting.  First off, I missed saying Happy Birthday to our awesome Prophet who turned 99 on 9/9, coincidentally the same birthday as my sister. So here's a picture in honor of him!!  On Monday we went to Cody for an oil change and on the way home I was pulled over because a hanging flower pot covered the school zone sign so I missed it and was going too fast. :(  On Tuesday we went on an exchange and I was in Lovell for the day. That was fun!! On Wednesday I accidentally drove into a ditch! We were trying to visit someone but they were pulling out just as we were pulling in so we were trying to make a wide turn in their driveway. There was a little turn around area but next to this area was some tall brush that, unbeknownst to me, was covering a ditch. Somehow it was spread around the whole zone in 20 minutes!!    After we got our car pulled out of the ditch (the police office that came had a winch that he used), the...

Now I did split my pants, yea even directly on the seam.

So this week has been pretty fun. We spent a lot of time in Byron this week so we got a lot of work done. I really like working in Byron. There is so much work to be done there and it was kind of left behind in the previous Elder's time there.  There were  a few cool things that happened on Wednesday but one really cool thing was that we got a giant list of people to visit from the Elder's Quorum President.  On Thursday we had lunch at District Council and comp. study with the AP's.  On Friday I split my pants while I was getting into the car. I had to buy a mini sewing kit from a gas station.  It was either that, or travel back to Lovell and be about 1/2 hour late to dinner. I'm a self taught sewer and It's come in super handy on my mission.  On Saturday we had a really cool moment where we visited a referral before the person was referred.😂 Anyways this week has been really fun!  Love,  Elder Krebs

Now we did find 3 new people this week.

Hey, y'all this week has been pretty cool! On Monday we were able to play pool in a member's basement and weekly plan in the evening.  Then on Tuesday we were knocking the doors of people previously taught and we visited one family who was more than happy for us to stop by and share a short message.  Then on Wednesday we started an exchange and we were again visiting people. There was someone who wasn't interested but told us to visit her friend across the street and we were able to teach a short lesson and she became a new person we're now teaching.  On Thursday we had district council which was pretty fun and then we ended the exchange.  On Friday we had lunch with a member of the mission presidency and then the other elders in my district did interviews.  On Saturday we were able to celebrate another Elder's birthday.  On Sunday we went to our Cowley wards and taught in the primary for the second hour of the second ward.  It's so weird tha...

Now we did meet many different people yea we did even get more acquainted to the area

Hey y'all! On Monday we mainly just hung around, played games, and stuff like that. It's fun because I'm still in an apartment with 2 sets of missionaries so we have a lot of fun!  On Tuesday we had an awesome lesson with a less active member and it was absolutely epic!  On Wednesday we had district council and moved a few mattresses for a few different people.  We had an awesome lesson on Thursday as well. It was pretty darn cool because a brother in our ward, who also happens to be the mayor, joined in on the lesson. I love when members get involved.  On Friday we had a lesson with a person who was being taught before, but he ended up falling through the cracks and was accidentally dropped. It was great to reconnect with him. I asked my new companion to strive to feel the spirit as he directed us where to go that afternoon. He felt impressed to visit with a specific member and we had an epic lesson with that member and through them we found a new person! ...
