Zach Krebs - Montana Billings Mission

Hey everyone this week has been pretty chill. I will start off on Wednesday and continue onward. On Wednesday we had the new members of the district come in with transfers and generally it was a pretty chill day. On Thursday we went to 2 Thanksgiving meals! The first one was with a person being taught. There were a lot of people there and it was really fun. And the second was a member with just a few people. I had to pace myself so I could eat at both. We also got the chance to meet up as a district and play a game. On Friday we went to service. Were cutting up a 60' by 200' tarp in to 20' by 100' strips for his garden. On Sunday we went to church, we did some messages and that was pretty much it. I have loved this week it has been pretty fun. Also it would be awesome if you could keep a fellow missionary, Sister Watrous and her family in your prayers. Her Dad just passed away from covid.   Hey guys!  Missionary life is fun. As you can probably tell by the title I was spared by the transfer God's this time around.  It was really fun this week because on Monday last week I was able to have a P-day which involved playing a lot of games.  On Tuesday my companion and I went to service and helped move some furniture around. They ended up giving us a recliner and asked if we knew of anyone who needed it. We did know of someone who needed it from ward council. So we ended up being able to give her that recliner! It's great to be in instrument for good. On Wednesday we had a district council and we went to Red Robin afterward. Literally right after Red Robin we went to a self referral appointment and were able to do an awesome Bible study with Evgeny.   Hi guys!  My week has been pretty fun and like last week it involved a lot of service. So here are some stories.  During fast & testimony meeting there was a primary kid who began to bear his testimony on every person in the ward...... individually. The whole congregation got a chuckle out of it when he said about his sister "I even love Rachel!"  Secondly on Tuesday we had district council along with some yummy, yummy pancakes! After that we were doing some Facebook finding in the stake center's family history center with the Zone Leaders. That's when the ZL's got a call from the AP's that we needed to submit some baptismal forms because as it turns out the companionship right before Elder Hansen came in had baptized someone but then both left like a week later and forgot to fill out the forms.  We went to an amazing burger place called Parker's they have 135 different burgers!   Hello everybody! Let me tell you about my week! On Tuesday we laid some concrete for a member at his place of work. That was definitely stressful. I was on a tool that loosens the wet concrete to make it more liquefied so it doesn't set too fast. I noticed a gospel lesson to be learned here. When we build our foundation on something weak and loose all it takes is a small vibration to knock us down but when we build on something solid we it will take an earthquake to make us fall, if we do fall. On Wednesday we had pretty fun district council. After that, our District went to Taco Bell and Wendy's and brought it back to the building for lunch.  We had an activity with the youth and painted Books of Mormon. It was a fun way for the youth to get excited about giving them away to someone! Hey guys it has been pretty crazy!       On Tuesday my companion and I split wood and then of course the people we were splitting wood for brought up politics something missionaries aren't supposed to talk about. We deflected it pretty good though.       On Wednesday we went up to a part of our area we can't go up to very often because of miles. We had lunch, shared a few lessons, we then went to their branch Halloween party. We were made judges in the chili cook off so my morning the next day was fun. Also, we had the trunk or treat there and a member came up to us as we were waiting for the trunk or treat to be over and handed us bags and told us to go trick or treating.     On Friday we went and helped some people move and that was pretty fun.      So back on Wednesday we had someone offer us tickets to the MSU game and we took one of the people we are teaching to count it as missionary work!
