Hey Guys! Like the title line said P-Day was pushed back to today because of Zone Conference and interviews. So let me break down the week. Monday- (Feb. 14th) No, I did not have a valentine. But it was fun. We got together with another district and signed transfer journals and had breakfast together. We spent a fun day of playing pool, basketball, and a few card games together. Tuesday- We had District Council and then after that we went to the Clinton church to help fill the font for a baptism of a primary kid in our ward. It was definitely fun. Wednesday- Transfers. Unfortunately Elder Hansen was transferred out of the area. But I did get Elder Hendrix as a companion. He's from Colorado, plays the guitar and the piano and isn't relayed to Jimmy Hendrix (that he knows of). I am definitely looking forward to working more with him. (Sorry, we didn't snap a picture together yet!)  Thursday- We did some transfer planning. (This is like a goal setting session that you and your...

And now I was commanded to continue my labors in Clinton for another transfer

OK like the title says, I'm staying another transfer! But, my comp is leaving the area unfortunately. I am getting another comp this Wednesday that I haven't met before. I'll miss Elder Hansen, but I'm excited to meet my new companion. Monday- A member of the mission presidency invited 2 districts in the zone over for breakfast. We had a lot of fun. We played card games and the like for the rest of the day. Tuesday- It was pretty fun. We helped set up more of the fence from last week. And we had dinner with a member.  Wednesday- We had district council, did some service and had a lesson. And we had dinner with some awesome members! Thursday- We had 3 lessons Thursday! And we did a lot of service in the morning. Nothing else really happened.  Friday- As usual, we did "Crumble" Friday! We then did a lot of setting up our calendar with service and appointments and we did a training call. Then we did some more service. Saturday- We had an awesome lesson in the mor...

And thus we again did see the fruits of our labors being brought forth.

Yay! It's Monday again! We had an awesome week! Let's roll on into it! Monday-  We did a campfire with our district! It was so fun. Tuesday-  We had to get our car serviced so we had temporary car share with the Missoula 3rd ward elders. We went to service together where we helped insulate a chicken coop and hook up the heat lamp. Wednesday- O ne of the people we are teaching was interviewed for baptism! It was so cool! Thursday- W e had zone council. That was definitely.... interesting to say the least. We then went and grabbed sushi and started an exchange. Now that was fun!  Friday- W e finished up the exchange. We went to Crumble and we switched back companions. (Crumble is becoming our favorite place to indulge in a treat.) We then spent a bit designing the program for the person we are teaching for baptism.  Saturday-  We had the baptism on Saturday! It was so fun! We even got last minute permission to give him the gift of the holy ghost right them and the...

Now we did travel up to the land of Seely Lake where we did help the leaders of the Zone open the area

The title may seem a little misleading. I did not get transferred luckily. I will explain what happened when we get to it. Monday- For P-Day we had a Mac and Cheese making competition with the other members of our district. Elder Hansen and I won with a recipe that Elder Hansen had. It was a recipe with a ton of cheese and bacon!! Tuesday- We did some service and had dinner with a member.  Wednesday- We had district council and we had a housing inspection. Don't worry, we passed, so it went well.  Thursday- We did service and we set up our day in Drummond for Saturday. Basically that means we were calling members and getting lessons on the calendar. We then had dinner with a member. The member took this picture and texted it to my mom (along with a really nice text about how grateful they are for our service!) :) Friday- The moment you've waited for since reading the title has arrived. The story is that my companion found someone in an area in our zone that is technically clos...
