Now we did have two miracles happen in the same day.

Hey y'all!

This week has been pretty fun! Let me tell you about it!Unfortunately quite a few of our lessons were cancelled but that is alright!

On Thursday we had a lesson set up but they weren't there. The person we were supposed to be visiting has dogs. They were dogs trained to be in the military so they are pretty fierce. They usually have them inside when we come over but because they weren't there (unbeknownst to us) the dogs were outside hiding under the porch. We were going to just come in the gate but miraculously we  couldn't get the gate open. A few seconds later the dogs came out from under the porch barking and in total attack mode. It was a miracle that the gate got stuck so we couldn't get in, so God definitely protected us there.

Another thing that was a miracle was that because the appointment fell through we were able to go to an older member's home. She lives alone and she was nearby so we decided to check in on her.  She had fallen just a few minutes earlier and wasn't able to get up on her own. Her son came and we were able to help her son get her up. I was glad the spirit directed us to help her.

We also had a district council on Thursday and we went to Buffalo Wild wings. I learned that I cannot handle the blazin' wings. 😂

I got to have the opportunity to call my mom on Sunday for mothers day as well so that was pretty fun. Love,

Elder Krebs

"Now Behold it came to pass that the heat did go out for the space of 5 days"

Hi guys!  My week has been pretty fun and like last week it involved a lot of service. So here are some stories.  During fast & testimony meeting there was a primary kid who began to bear his testimony on every person in the ward...... individually. The whole congregation got a chuckle out of it when he said about his sister "I even love Rachel!"  Secondly on Tuesday we had district council along with some yummy, yummy pancakes! After that we were doing some Facebook finding in the stake center's family history center with the Zone Leaders. That's when the ZL's got a call from the AP's that we needed to submit some baptismal forms because as it turns out the companionship right before Elder Hansen came in had baptized someone but then both left like a week later and forgot to fill out the forms.  We went to an amazing burger place called Parker's they have 135 different burgers! If you are ever in Missoula it's well worth it.  We then went to a y...

Home MTC Here We Come!

Image
Elder Zach Krebs spoke in Sacrament meeting last Sunday, gets set apart as a full-time missionary tomorrow, and starts the Home MTC on Monday! We're so excited for him and this amazing adventure he's about to start! Here's an excerpt from his sacrament talk on Sunday, September 19th: "We should be sharing the gospel in normal and natural ways. If we have a ward service project ask if they want to come participate. Although the news may not be showing all the good in the world, most people like to help. Or if they are the ones in need of service we have amazing people in the ward who love to help as well. And if you are feeling nervous remember these words from Alma 32:23: “And now, he imparteth his word by angels unto men, yea, not only men but women also. Now this is not all; little children do have words given unto them many times, which confound the wise and the learned.” We can be angels as well. We can all follow God’s will for who he will have us deliver his mess...

And behold I did labor with my hands that I might be able serve the people of the area more fully.

Hey guys it has been pretty crazy!       On Tuesday my companion and I split wood and then of course the people we were splitting wood for brought up politics something missionaries aren't supposed to talk about. We deflected it pretty good though.       On Wednesday we went up to a part of our area we can't go up to very often because of miles. We had lunch, shared a few lessons, we then went to their branch Halloween party. We were made judges in the chili cook off so my morning the next day was fun. Also, we had the trunk or treat there and a member came up to us as we were waiting for the trunk or treat to be over and handed us bags and told us to go trick or treating.     On Friday we went and helped some people move and that was pretty fun.      So back on Wednesday we had someone offer us tickets to the MSU game and we took one of the people we are teaching to count it as missionary work! The cool thi...
