Now at this time we did have a person who made themselves manifest in the building of the church

Hey Guys!

Monday- was P-Day we didn't do much that P-day.

Tuesday- We had a lesson set up with a member but they weren't home. We tried knocking on all the doors of their house. We thought they were completely blowing us off but as it turns out he had passed out 1/2 hour before so he had his wife drive him to the hospital to check up on him. (He's alright don't worry)

Wednesday- We had district council on Wednesday, we did some Facebook finding then did quite a bit of street contacting. And then when we were knocking the doors of those previously being taught. There was a dude who answered in his underwear because I guess he said that I knocked like his buddy. He said we could come back Saturday.

Thursday- Thursday was kind of the same deal except we were able to teach a person the first lesson while street contacting.

Friday- Pretty much the same again except we had dinner with a member. We had a really good time.

Saturday- We were about to have the lesson with the dude we set up with on Wednesday and his girlfriend opened the door and said, "We aren't interested !" before we even knocked on the door. Oh well! We had a fire street contacting session though. We were contacting in Miltown state park (kinda like the Jordan parkway trail. I'll include a bunch of cool pictures we took while we were there at the end) and we met a person who had their earbuds in so it was just a quick wave. As soon as we passed him, the spirit hit us both like a wall and was telling us to go back and talk to him. He's been studying religion lately and has been very interested in learning about God. He accepted our challenge to read the Book of Mormon and got our number so I'm excited to see what comes of that. We had dinner with a member in our ward, and then did some less active member contacting. One of them had moved so we talked with the new residence for a little bit. They are on fire with the light of Christ. We gave them our number and she said that she is going to call us. Then, when we got home, we could hear the air leaking from one of our tires so we put on our spare and got it all figured out (it's a tire that's meant to last a few days so we are getting it changed today.)

Sunday- We had ward council and then we had church. Half way through the first hour a person we had never meet walked in and we were able to talk to him. So what happened was that his daughter was at a member's house and asked what the picture of Jesus was. After they shared with her a little bit about Jesus, she went home and told her dad that she wanted to learn more about Jesus. They showed up to church and we have a time to meet with them and their family are definitely ready for the gospel!! We had dinner with a member and they had their son and daughter in law over so we did get to talk about missionary work for a bit. We then went to less active member contact and had the first lesson with the family there. They committed to pray about the Book of Mormon since they have already read it.
Well that was one awesome week. There's so much work happening here! I hope y'all have a good one as well and continue to help the missionaries in your area find people to teach.
Love,
Elder Krebs
