"And behold the Lord did see fit that I might stay in the area which is called Clinton, Montana for the space of 6 more weeks"

 Hey guys! 

Missionary life is fun. As you can probably tell by the title I was spared by the transfer God's this time around. 

It was really fun this week because on Monday last week I was able to have a P-day which involved playing a lot of games. 

On Tuesday my companion and I went to service and helped move some furniture around. They ended up giving us a recliner and asked if we knew of anyone who needed it. We did know of someone who needed it from ward council. So we ended up being able to give her that recliner! It's great to be in instrument for good.
On Wednesday we had a district council and we went to Red Robin afterward. Literally right after Red Robin we went to a self referral appointment and were able to do an awesome Bible study with Evgeny. He's a really cool guy. 
On Thursday we did some service that was transporting horse poop around the property. 💩👎
On Friday we tried to knock on some of the less active members doors. We ended up having an awesome conversation with an active member along the way. 
On Saturday we tried visiting some less active members and only after an hour into it did we realize that during the Griz vs. Cats game was not the best time to try to share a short message. We did set up a time with a person for another ward's elders. After that we donated a Book of Mormon to the public library which is actually pretty sick.
Sunday we went up to Drummond and spent the day up there. We also set a date with 2 people to be baptized, so that's exciting! They are both under 18 so we had to get their parent's permission. We were told beforehand that we wouldn't be able to reach the parents unless they were in a certain corner of they house with a data booster on but after only two rings they picked up! We got permission and they offered to host the lessons! Buuuut the only way to get all the way up there would be through snowmobile so that is a question to ask president. 
Monday was not P-day because transfer news comes Monday night then that gives Tuesday to pack then Wednesday to leave. It is honestly awesome that I am staying through the holidays because I love my companion and my area!

  Hi guys!  My week has been pretty fun and like last week it involved a lot of service. So here are some stories.  During fast & testimony meeting there was a primary kid who began to bear his testimony on every person in the ward...... individually. The whole congregation got a chuckle out of it when he said about his sister "I even love Rachel!"  Secondly on Tuesday we had district council along with some yummy, yummy pancakes! After that we were doing some Facebook finding in the stake center's family history center with the Zone Leaders. That's when the ZL's got a call from the AP's that we needed to submit some baptismal forms because as it turns out the companionship right before Elder Hansen came in had baptized someone but then both left like a week later and forgot to fill out the forms.  We went to an amazing burger place called Parker's they have 135 different burgers! Home MTC Here We Come!

Elder Zach Krebs spoke in Sacrament meeting last Sunday, gets set apart as a full-time missionary tomorrow, and starts the Home MTC on Monday! We're so excited for him and this amazing adventure he's about to start! Here's an excerpt from his sacrament talk on Sunday, September 19th: "We should be sharing the gospel in normal and natural ways. If we have a ward service project ask if they want to come participate. Although the news may not be showing all the good in the world, most people like to help. Or if they are the ones in need of service we have amazing people in the ward who love to help as well. And behold I did labor with my hands that I might be able serve the people of the area more fully.

Hey guys it has been pretty crazy!       On Tuesday my companion and I split wood and then of course the people we were splitting wood for brought up politics something missionaries aren't supposed to talk about. We deflected it pretty good though.       On Wednesday we went up to a part of our area we can't go up to very often because of miles. We had lunch, shared a few lessons, we then went to their branch Halloween party. We were made judges in the chili cook off so my morning the next day was fun. Also, we had the trunk or treat there and a member came up to us as we were waiting for the trunk or treat to be over and handed us bags and told us to go trick or treating.     On Friday we went and helped some people move and that was pretty fun.      So back on Wednesday we had someone offer us tickets to the MSU game and we took one of the people we are teaching to count it as missionary work!
